Return and refund policy

My alrawda alsharifa site is happy to assist its customers in managing product returns requests according to the following conditions

  • Return policy applies for a period of 5 days from the date of receipt.
  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice, order number, etc.)
  • All returned products must be in their original condition (closed in its original packaging with all accessories included).
  • Used or incomplete products will not be returned.
  • When returning a damaged product, the defect must be mentioned on a separate sheet and attached to the invoice. Please do not write or put any marks on the product packaging or on the product itself.
  • The customer bears the delivery charges for the returned product.
  • The amount will be returned to your balance on your credit card after receiving the product and making sure that it complies with the return terms.

    يسعد موقع الروضة الشريفة بمساعدة عملائه في إدارة طلبات مرتجعات المنتجات وفق الشروط التالية

  • تطبق سياسة الإسترجاع لمدة 5 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام
  • يجب وجود إثبات صالح لعملية الشراء (فاتورة، رقم طلب، الخ)
  • يجب أن تكون كافة المنتجات المرتجعة في حالتها الأصلية (مغلقة في عبوة شرائها الأصلية بكافة ملحقاتها)
  • لا يتم إسترجاع المنتجات المستخدمة أو الغير كاملة
  • عند إسترجاع منتج تالف، يجب ذكر العيب في ورقة منفصلة ويتم إرفاقها مع الفاتورة
  • يرجى عدم كتابة أو وضع أي علامات على غلاف المنتج أو على المنتج نفسه
  • يتحمل العميل رسوم توصيل المنتج المرتجع
  • يتم إسترجاع المبلغ إلى رصيدك على بطاقة الائتمان الخاصة بك بعد استلام المنتج و مطابقته لشروط الإسترجاع
